Speech in Czech Parliament

„After all our identity does not consist of our talking about it and constantly shouting over the place that “we are Czechs, we’re the best”, but of our being capable of saying something original to others, of creating something that can attract others but is unlikely to originate elsewhere.“

Václav Havel:
Speech in Czech Parliament, March 12, 1996
